(“Bancorp”), (OTCPK:NCXS), the holding company for The National Bank of Coxsackie, announced that on June 26, 2024, the Board of Directors of Bancorp declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.25 per common share that will be paid on or about July 26, 2024 to shareholders of record as of July 12, 2024.
